These Terms & Conditions govern your use of movingque.com and any quote requests or services from Moving Que Ltd (company number 16858048), registered office 27 Fairmead Crescent, Edgware, HA8 8YH (“Moving Que”, “we”, “us”).
Quotes & estimates
Quotes given via our website, phone or email are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding until confirmed by us in writing and may be adjusted after a survey or if the job differs from the information given (e.g. access, volume, parking, additional items).
Our services
We provide residential and commercial removals, man & van, packing and international moving services. You agree to provide accurate information about your move and to ensure safe, lawful access at both addresses, including any necessary parking or permits.
Your responsibilities
- Declare items needing special handling; do not ask us to transport prohibited, hazardous, perishable or illegal goods.
- Ensure items are ready and accessible at the agreed time.
- Tell us of anything that may affect the move (stairs, lifts, restricted access, etc.).
Liability
We take care with your belongings. Our liability for loss or damage is subject to the limits in your booking confirmation and applicable law. We are not liable for undeclared items, inherent defects, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure appropriate insurance for high-value items.
Cancellations & changes
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing, as set out in your booking confirmation.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on or before completion of the move.

You may not misuse our website or its content. All content on movingque.com is owned by or licensed to Moving Que Ltd.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
